How to apply
There are two enrollment periods per year. To be eligible to enroll in Tsukuba Institute of Foreign Languages, one must have completed at least 12 years of regular schooling in a foreign country.
I am a graduate. Enrollment is twice a year, in April and October, and courses last 1 to 2 years.
The application process begins with the applicant themselves or their representative submitting the application and necessary documents to Tsukuba Foreign Language Institute.
You will need to submit your application and pay the selection fee to the designated account.
After reviewing the documents at our institution, we will apply to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau for a Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status.
After the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau issues the Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status, we will contact the applicant or their representative. Once we confirm payment of the tuition fees, we will send the Certificate of Eligibility for Residence Status to them.
Once you receive your Certificate of Eligibility, please apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country.
Please note that if you do not have a passport, you will need to obtain one in advance.
Once your visa is issued, you will enter Japan and enroll in our school.
